LANCASTER - A Lancaster man accused of gunning down another man during a 2005 fight at a carwash was ordered Tuesday to stand trial on a charge of murder.

Deandre Brumfield, 22, is charged in the slaying of Quinton Wright, 22, who was shot to death Aug. 23, 2005, at a carwash in the 800 block of East Avenue J, where both men were getting their vehicles washed or worked on.

Brumfield was arrested in June 2007 in Anchorage, Alaska, where he was living under another person's name. He had obtained the Social Security number of a California resident and acquired an Alaska driver license under that name, investigators said.
