Ford relaunches Fiesta

I thought it was the Festiva (?) before.

Nope, Festiva was a different, also tiny car--it replaced the Fiesta. Festiva was a great little car, I don't know why it didn't do better. We had one for 7 years, put 139,000 miles on it, and the only major repair it ever needed was repacking of the wheel bearings, a whopping $267. Great, great little car. |

Sure do LOVE my F-150 4x4! You need to do a little more research on the polar bear thing and stop drinking Al Gore's KOOL-AID! |

Q. What do you call a Ford at the top of a Hill?
A. A Miracle. |

hey, let's be fair here. not all fords suck. honest.
about 5-6 years ago, I consulted with Consumer Reports magazine , where I found CR's "most reliable cars" list. I think this list is culled from over 20 years of owner satisfaction ratings. from that list, I narrowed down the least expensive reliable cars. the ford escort was one. I bought mine and have been happy ever since. |

I once owned a Chevy Trailblazer. It was the first American vehicle I ever purchased, and i bought it used too. Never had a problem with it aside from the normal wear and tear maintenance stuff. It was a good truck that got horrible gas milage. Traded it in for a Mitsubishi. 28MPG!!!! I was averaging 16 in the Chevy

no, the Fiesta (In the UK at any rate) had a 4 cylinder watercooled engine, OHV, sized from just under 1000cc up to about 1400cc.(I think) It ran over here for years. The engine was then used in the Ford Ka. You could get 50 mpg. Great little British car. |

I had an '80 Ford Fiesta and a great car all
around. It was very quick on acceleration and got very good mpg. The Fiestas sold in the US were made in Germany, had 1.6L engine and Weber 2V carb. |

I had one once too. I found it in the wheel well of my F-250. That and a polar bear. |
