97 Explorer EB strange suspension issue

4.0L sohc
AWD/4wd

At highway speeds in excess of 65mph the vehicle begins to shift its weight from side to side, while still driving a straight line. Only slowing the vehicle will correct the balance again. I have already replaced the shocks.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

That is strange. I have a 97 explorer also. And it does the same thing. If I figure it out before you do I will let you know.
