If it was their "intent" to dismiss then why was trial still set. Also, why is this boob Guessner reading the paper at work? Woudln't he have had to to get a quote in on time?

Are we as tax payers accually paying these idiots in the prosecuters office ? If so we should all be arrested for money laundering , fraud, as well as theft , like they didnt know that everyone has a right to a SPEEDY trial . They collected all the evidence 2 years ago , and still not ready ?
Anyone think that there are problems there ? we should put hoodies on all the employees of the prosecuters office even the janitors , and start the open season on hoodies , No one could really be that numb or could they ?

and these are your tax dollars at work. remember they had a jury ready to go. when a defendant decides to plead the day of trial they are slapped with one hefty bill for having to having jurors ready and waiting. What happens to the prosecutor's office. oh wait that's your money so they don't really care. nice.

"We're going to re-indict." Yeah, that's what they say after each of their previous fiascos. Anyone seen a re-indictment yet?

Brad Gessner throughout this period had been head of the prosecutor's office organized crime unit, the very unit that is charged with prosecuting this case. Time after time this unit has failed to win meaningful victories and instead has brought charges in cases that have resulted in dismissals and pleas to misdemeanor offenses.

It seems that the cases Gessner brings start out as major offenses but ultimately devolve into little more than a parking ticket. If Brad thinks that the remainder of this case will go anywhere soon he might want to guess again.

Wow,,,Wow,,,,all this is sounding way to familiar. County prosecutors charge a coach for sex with a student (consenutal) then all of a sudden the same county prosecutors drop charges and he gets a f-ing slap on the wrist.......This re-election year is going very well for prosecutors office.

.... is that the prosecutor did not realize prior to trila that the transfer of the vehicle was completely above board and had no criminality attached to it. The real disservice by the prosecutor's office is that, regardless of the merits of the remaining charges, they still pretend that the dismissed case has any life. It is a dishonest attempt to cover up their ineptitude.

This kind of dishonesty with the public is the Walsh administration's hallmark.

Which begs the question...Are the prosecutors corrupt or simply incompetent boobs?

i think she should only be allowed to run the child support enforcement agency. it seems to me that's the only thing she's interested in anyways. well, besides the time a few years back when she fought the release of a man wrongly convicted of murder.
