1999 Expeditions starts and shuts right off.

Please help anyone i have a 99 expedition with 80000 miles on it,it starts and then shuts off emediatly.What could the problem be.PS it drove fine the day before this happened.

I agree with Doug. The PCV valve is your best bet.

check your idle air control motor it might need to be replaced i had the same problem it would start then shut off then it just wouldn't start anymore i replaced iac motor and it started up right away
