Terrific Vehicle, 6 month old battery. Ran fine 1 hour and the next nothing. I can't lock the doors. No computer light, for that matter no interior lights, period. Put the key in the ignition, turn it, put the automatic transmission lever at neutral and wait...it will start if you wait long enough. Power seems to surge and then decrease at times to a full stall.
It felt like at one point, after driving it for about ten minutes, that while idiling in a parking lot the power level decreased temporarily like it wanted to stall.
Anyone have this problem before, I take it to dealer and they think they have a dumb blonde, that they can take advantage of? Any ideas would be appreciated. I have never had any problems with this truck and it has a little more than 65k miles.

my 99 expedition won't start. I've had some electrical problems in past. thought it was the starter but it wasn't. somewhere between the ignition and the starter. Is this a common problem?

I have an intermittent "clicking" noise coming from under the dash on the drivers side of my '05 F150. All electrics appear to be working. I also have this issue with my '98 Expedition. Any ideas?

I AM A WOMAN, AND I BOUGHT THIS CD, AND IT WAS JUST SO I WOULD KNOW THAT THE DEALER WASN'T RIPPING ME OFF. THE CD THEY SENT ME WAS GREAT, I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT MY ROVER, FOR 14.95 I HIGHLY RECCOMEND EVERYONE BUYING ONE FOR THEIR SELF, IT HAS ALREADY SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY. MY HUSBAND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH IT, HE BOUGHT ONE FOR HIS FORD TRUCK F-350, AND IT IS A JUST AS GOOD, PROFFESSIONAL REPAIR CD TOO. THANKS EVER SO MUCH REPAIRMANUALWORLD. SINCERELY, LISA Y.

My check engine lights is on. At first it was coding oxygen sensors so I replaced them. That code doesnt show up but P0171 (bank one too lean)and P0174(bank two too lean). The truck runs really well and has no hesitation starts right up. I have replaced every sensor on thatvehicle and the light still comes back on after about 30 miles. I am lost

we just had that problem and it was a bad hose which caused to much air to get in and causing it to idle rough cost me $ 4.50 to fix it

I just had the same problem. The alternator tested bad and I replaced it but still does same thing. Did you ever solve the problem?

My 99 Expedition wont start. It has been fine then I went to start it and nothing. Battery say's it is charged, but the interior lights blink then go dim. It makes a clicking noise by the fuse box. The gauges go a little crazy when you try to turn it over. But the engine makes no attempt to turn over. I tried to use battery jumper and nothing? Could it be the alternator? It has never made a whinning noise like it is going bad.
