My 2004 Expedition has the same fading/spider web appearance. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. They won't replace it and wouldn't listen to my arguements that I'll never buy another Ford if they won't do anything. Much cheaper to split the cost to replace with me.

Idiots. No wonder why they're losing billions.

Mine did the same thing on all four doors. The trim looked awful, but luckily was still under warranty. A local dealer was able to replace it under warranty. Now, my driver door trim is doing it again and when I called another dealer (the one that originally fixed it is out of business), they said it would not be covered even though it was a problem that exsisted and was fixed previously under warranty. I have no idea how Ford can let this problem go on. EVERY Expedition with the plastic trim that I see around town has the same problem- how can it not be recalled??? HAS ANYONE TRIED THE ARMOR-DILLO?
