2000 expedition/leaking roof

I HAVE AN EDDIE B. ROLL ALONG PKG 2000 EXPEDITION THAT JUST STARTED LEAKING WHEN IT RAINS. I HAVE HAD THE ROOF LINER PULLED DOWN NEAR THE FRONT OF THE ROOF WHERE THE LEAK APPEARS TO BE BUT CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM. I DO HAVE A SUN ROOF BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE THE PROBLEM SINCE IT IS NOT WET IN THIS AREA. I HAVE NOTICED THE SOUND OF WIND COMING THROUGH THE DOOR SEALS WHEN IT IS VERY WINDY AND I AM DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. AM WONDERING IF THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM? I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS SAME PROBLEM?

well, it is six years old it could be that the wheather striping is bad. the eddie baner pkg also has a sunroof or moon roof, watever the difference is,your leak could be around that

Replace the windshield ASAP! The windsheild "glue" that they used is an inferior product. Replacing the windshield will fix the problem and save costly electrical problem

I was just wondering how far the moonroof window should open? My 1998 Eddie Bauer Expedition's moonroof opens about 2 inches. Is this as far as it opens? If not, does anyone have any ideas?
Also: Why does the check engine stay on?

Btw: My expedition's heater doesn't feel very warm up front either and I feel no warm air blowing towards the floor.

I have this same problem and I was just told that the drain to the sunrook is stopped up.

Where was the water leaking at .Mine is leaking on the passenger, drivers side center only.

I've a 2004 Eddie Bauer that just started leaking. I can't figure out where or how water is getting in, but water is everywhere. When I hit the breaks it pours out of my sun visor. When I step on teh gas, out of the DVD player. When sitting still, it pools in the low parts of the roof liner. It can only the sun roof as that is the only "hole" in the roof. Id there a replacement seal or something, and what is this about a stopped up drain? There is a drain up there??

Same here. 2004 bought used in '08. Leaks out of the sun visor, Oh sh*t handle( sorry thats what we call it in TX), and the gas and break peddles.
