Dodge Sprinter: Van haulin'

I have a 2003 SPRINTER, but it's badge says FREIGHTLINER! It now has 74000 miles and gets 24 mpg across the board. No trouble except for the replacement of 2 tires, and 2 fuel filters, and 2 front brake rotors. It's 2.7L Common Rail Direct Injection diesel by Mercedes is an excellent engine and said to last 650,000 miles. Unit handles beautifully at 75 mph through Nebraska on I-80, and is comfortable over long trips. I modified the passenger seat however, since it was not adjustable. I replaced the tracks with Unistrut and moved it back about 8 inches to enhance front leg room. This is probably the only gripe I have; they should have made it adjustable.This vehicle has been designed as a commercial vehicle and has worldwide distribution.

He also told the secretary that i should not let any of his relations to know about this because he was kiled by them and if they know about it, that they will do nothing but to kill me in other to take hold of every thing, He told her that i should seek for a foriegn partner abroad who will help me retreived the trunk box and also travel with him or her in other to continue my Education and also to start a Bussines relationship with the person,

My dear in Christ, this is why i have come incontact with you in order to help me retreive that trunk box from the Security Companys custody and send it direct to your country and also to make an arrangement for me on how i will come over to your country in other to continue my Education and also to go into bussines relationship with you hence i am still a child and i dont know any thing about bussines,

I am just 21 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do. this is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast. The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life.

I bought a new 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500 late December. With about 5,000 mi. it is the shop awaiting a new EGR valve as a remedy for loosing power.
The Sprinter dealer told us there is no real fix for the problem and to expect to continue replacing the valve. Anyone have similar issues with their Sprinter?

Have a "04 140 low top, cargo, 2500 and love it. 1. Wanted info on heavy sway bars for the front and rear. 2. Looking info and contacts about reprograming the computer for better performance and to lose speed cutoff feature.

i have a 2007 3500 dodge sprinter. i am hearing a weird speaker or interferance noise coming from the dash. when my cell phone rings it seems to set the noise off. it doesnt happen all the time.
has any one else had this issue?

this changes the rating from 1750KG x 2240 to 1750 x 3.200 that spring is the base line for setting weight variants through the 3500 range 3.2T to 4.4T
The 3500 series state side has the setting but is minus the second spring partly because of local weight and measures Standards for axle loadings on dual rims on US roads in different states. but also because the Export Sprinter has a non certified compliance plate that is altered after a separate company does upgrades , unfortunately no one does it at your end , so you have issues of is it right.
The second spring will solve your problem this is a full length spring , not a short leaf , the stabilizer bar are an assist for anti rolling they do little for weight carrying but as the weight increases so does the bar.
Glad you said 8oooLbs all up your still in the safety zone with ESP adaptive systems.

When my German friends heard that the Sprinter Van had made it to America they where shocked. Known for causing many deaths on German highways they are famous for tipping over due to their height and narrow wheel base. Surprised there is no mention of this on the internet.

Do the German models have automatic traction control? My insurance company gave me a discount because of the safety rating on this vehicle. There are enough of these vans on American roads (mostly fleets) that if they had a safety issue (as you state)the news could not be suppressed.
