Rear end oil change??? what kind and how much??

I have a 2004 Sprinter. I want to change the rear axle oil. What kind of oil (weight) should I use and how much does it hold? any answers would be greatful.

Sprinter states : "MB235.0 or 235.6" Shell MB90, Caltex Hypoid LD or MOPAR 4874469 is acceptable.(API GL-5/MIL-2105-E SAE 90 Hypoid gear oil may be substituted) Holds 4.0 Pints +/- 1.0 oz ...
