can some one please direct me to were to go to get free diagram on removeing oil pan in 98 dodge neon thank you so very much

I'm guessing google images will have a diagram of it but you really don't need it. Once you take out all the oil pan bolts it's pretty easy to get it out. You have to gently fight around something in the back (didn't see what when I did my oil pan seal) but you CAN get it out without damaging anything. Once you have it out, make sure you put the seal up to the engine BEFORE you reinstall the oil pan. Use some silicone or a bolt or two that you can remove once the oil pan is close to in position to hold it. That way you don't damage it when you're reinstalling the oil pan.
