I HAVE A 2002 GRAND CARAVAN W/ 106,000 MILES. THE POWER STEERING IS MAKING MOANING NOISE. IT IS LOUDER AT IDLE. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS?

I had the same issue and had to replace the rack. I did it with a local guy for about $450 when the dealer charged $800. Now after about 18months when I just checked my alignment yesterday at a different dealer, i was shocked to hear that the rack was not installed properly and now have to replace it and he quoted me $1400. I hope you don't have to do the same. Check the rack/pinion and bushings first.
