The only things that work on the istrument panel is the horn, fans and the radio. Nothing else does, tach, odometer, fuel gauge, temp gauge, nothing. When the key is turned to the on position, nothing reacts. The engine turns over real good, but will not fire. All fuses and relays seem to check out. Any suggestions woild be appreciated.

Shortly after posting I found a site that suggested puttling the IOD fuse (one that I had already check) and leave it out for 2 minutes. I did this and problems solved.

I have same problem my odometer, fuel gauge, nor temp gauge work. They work when you first start the car and then disappear. They also work when you pull back the key and not fully start the van. 1999 Dodge Caravan Sport. Is there a mechanism to bypass this all??

I have a plymouth Grand Voyager, my instrument cluster no longer works, my horn stopped working, as well as my rear wiper, I have checked all fuses and everything looks kosher, I even replaced all the relays hoping it was one of them, it wasn't, aside from tearing into the dash, I have tried everything I can think of would be the problem and I just can't figure it out, anyone have an ideas what the issue might be?
