How do you get to it? Taking the dash apart is just the tip of the iceberg. I want to know what the job is going to entail before I begin. But it's not even covered in the Haynes repair manual. Can anyone give insight?

Hi Geosnooker2000, I don't have an answer to your problem, just a question. I'm having a problem with the front ac not cooling, but the rear is. Is this caused by the heater door, you write of, not working properly?
