Both of you K & Mike "die hards" what have you done besides pay dues and complain?----march, campaign, labor walks, run or hold and elected office? if you want shit to change stop sitting on your duffs and step into the ring to make changes! ohh that is right you like you evenings and weekends off. Seniority has been in the last two national agreement proposals given to the lead negotiators for the UAW elected by YOU...not directly, but none the less elected by YOU! get yourself involved and read the UAW constitution and see how the process works. By the way YOUR UAW negotiators voted it down thus it never made it to the table, period.....go check the facts and see if I am right, I am not a know it all I just happen to have a position which allows me access.

Very good information there! Your right the system is f***ed up they put who they want in without a vote. Seniority was not even brought to the table at a time when most people have been bounced all around. Most employees are concerned about it. Our leaders don't even bring it to the table. They do not have our interests at the front of the table! Throw the lazy fat azzezz out!! Stop paying dues!! Thanks WHYDL!! Soon as I can stop paying I will!! I was on the fence about this until you came along and made me see the light!!

And will you stop paying dues when you have no union protection anymore? When it is amended that you give up any union protection and if the company wants to fire you they can?

It depends on what plant they are in, when they where brought in, if relatives from downtown are in that pant, and if doing so will put them over somebody important to Solidarity House, whether or not they will get it. That's the way it is done. That's the way it has always been done since Nate G's band of thieves took over. Helping out just the related Brothers and Sisters, shows in every wave of new hires too. We witness a few token whites to every hundred brought in these days. That's the "Diversity" they are promoting. If it were the opposite, it would be an International Incident involving the NAACP, Reverend Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and circus of several Media outlets. So much for their "Adversity Training".

Correct we don't need any more union family thugs. Stop paying dues to stop the the union fat assess from being hired.

Mike, Right and K are the same trolls. Notice the same grammar errors and the same sentence structure. This is the simple facts you stop paying dues then you become a target of opportunity by management. Corporate seniority will never happen, King and the General already said so. Sorry, I'm just stating what I read. Also, if you feel unrepresented then do something about it, vote them out, run against them do something besides complaining and belly aching.

Another union rep. Lol! You guys sound so stupid. Probably because you are stupid. Ok, the company would not target somebody that stopped paying dues. It would be more likely they would get special treatment. Your scenario is typical union scare tactics. The company would want more people to stop paying dues, so why would they punish people that are doing what they would want?
