<quoted text>It is your own fault for letting there be a tier two. No other industry pays different for the same job regardless of how long you have had it. But you guys felt you were owed the higher wages forgetting the people that paved the way for you and decided screw tier 2 workers cause it doesn't affect you. So now of course people making half see that a dat after the last contract was signed that Marcioni was already setting it up for one pay across the board. You think we are going to turn down a 30% pay raise hoping in 2019 they bring tier 2 to tier 1 which will never happen? You should've thought of your new union brothers before allowing tier 2.
I voted NO and now you say it's my fault? please explain yourself, maggot

I know, 99% of people vote no and it passes somehow. And if the votes are rigged what union reps did we have protecting the interests of the union? And if the vote was legit and naturally you aren't one of the guys who only looked out for himself then it was the majority of your brothers that allowed a tier 2. I'm guessing they didn't anticipate the day where that would cut into their wages. So blame them. Don't blame tier 2 or try to sell us on the idea we aren't smart enough to think long term. The days of $28 wages are over for new workers no matter how much Chrysler makes. They will pay out bonuses but will never pay $28 again and anybody with a brain knows it. Tier 2 has this next contract only to get as high a wage as they can. My guess is $23 will be the new top wage. Yeah it sucks it will come from tier 1 but you guys played into their hands when allowing a tier 2. People that thought they were looking out only for themselves screwed everyone and Chrysler knew exactly how this would play out. Why didn't the union?

you are clueless, international no matter how low management would want to lower our wages, it would never be put up for a vote, you big ignorant dummy
They are lowering our wage every contract when they don't give us a raise. Price of living goes up, our wage stays the same.

whatever you say Red Foxx. Must be why every tier 1 worker is trying to sell tier 2 on not going for anything on next contract and instead trying to get our pay to tier 1 which will never happen.

If it did come to a vote there's no recorse to strike if passed. I don't know exactly how they are going to do it but guarantee top pay will never be above $23 for anybody hired in January 2011 or earlier. Tier 1 has one chance imo to keep it'd wage grandfathered in and thats if in 2015 between buyouts, people fired for attendance, retirement, etc they can afford to keep remaining tier 1 at $28 and max out tier 2 at like $23.

We know we will never see our wage higher than that and would take an incentive to let remaining tier 1 keep their wage. But we both know what will happen if they say the only way for tier 2 to get $23 is to lower tier 1. I hope remaining tier 1 can keep their top wage and they give new hires a decent new top wage but I don't see that happening. Not if Marcioni does what it looks like he's planning on doing and that's combine tiers

We know quite a bit. U started as a worthless new hire once, ur screwing up the morale at Chrysler just like u screwed the consumers morale of Chrysler products. We will save this company from people like u.
