I'm union. Have a horrible supervisor writin everybody up for anything and sending us out for 1-3 days for disciplinary action. What can I plead to my commiteeman or what actions can I take via a greivance to help my commiteeman handle this for me the best way? I want to fight this all the way...the asshole!!!

If your cm is Ryan Morgan or your steward is Bill Tipton. Good luck. The fight is probably done over.

I did it for 10 years. If you dont like it take a buyout. My head was about ready to explode with all the rumors,no one would retire and all the seniority worked the OT and kept us out for 4 years bla bla bla.Id take it all back if I could so you should just get liking it.It is the way the game is played. Its like chess to them.Just think if you get time off then they will get you back and give up something else. All the others will have to pay for you.Terrible isnt it? Just a big game.

If he is here at Ktp in dept 91, he has been in trouble for harassment amongst other stuff. The union here tells you to make sure you document everything. Have anyone involved do the same thing.
