He is asking about the other half of the signing bonus the contract states we must show four quarters of profit before they release the second half so not untill feb or march of 2012 will we possibly see it. doubt this statement read the contract to lazy ask your union Stewart they'll tell you the same thing

This is the exact wording in the contract about the second half..........

The contract, ratified Oct. 26, stipulated that the company would pay workers a second lump sum of $1,750 when the ratio of modified earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to net interest expense was equal to or greater than 5-to-1 for four straight quarters.

Sorry but Sergie used up your dough to buy 2 fancy big Houses in Oakland County. Be happy for him. He needs a place a bit better than Extended Stay America Hotel when he is in the USA.
