George is an idiot. Noone is striking behind the words of george. Ill cross any line if they actually do because I will lookout for me myself and I first and foremost. George will lose any battle he tries to start with the company. Youve had a year n half to get this hammered out...youre pathetic. You are not looking out for the memberships best interest. Like i said, I will cross any line and get paid. If you wanna sit out on the street and get your 200 a week strike pay then feel free. International does not even have his back on this so that tells u alot. George has no cards nor ace in the hole....we need the company more than they need us and I will make sure I still have a job!!!

You're the real idiot here. Just like every other local president in the UAW, he is just a puppet. He is just doing what international told him to do. It's a dog and pony show throughout all locals. We aren't the only one without a contract. And we aren't the only local doing this same procedure of pressuring local management to come to the table and negotiate.

They trying to make tier 2's to go on strike.

They said we don't have to strike if we choose not to. But we may hear crap from other brothers and sisters who did the strike however. Really, I'm on C shift and I can't found no one person who said they would strike. But I have not asked any tier one's
Tier one voted for two tiers system and we lost TPT's pay rates and ect. Now they want us to help them with.
But when you ask Gorge to tell an example he said he can't but will tell you the main topics.

Impeachment now or when we get more tier two!!!

Some of you newbies who have only been here for 6months or less are computer pletely retarded they have no understanding of union policies or what it means to be union. Makes me sick lots of brothers and sisters since 1975 have shed their blood sweat and tears to give us what we have now its a shame how some of you behave what was all there hard work for anyway all you newbies want to do is tear down our union brick by brick it makes me sick did you know you wouldn't even be making what you are making if it wasn't for the union and some of you wouldn't even have a job think about that.

Its sad how many of you senior people think its still 1975. What worked then doesn't work now. Fiat owns Chrysler. They're not too concerned about the US, since Chrysler has burned its rep here with poor quality, anyway. They're interested in what they can do GLOBALLY and if the US makes waves, we can enjoy more unemployment and poverty. I'm tier 2 and my pay has DROPPED since starting at Chrysler in 2006. What kind of union is that? If you look at the whole picture of the last several years and put all the pieces together, you'd see the corruption of the union (lying to the membership to get them to take buyouts, not revealing what we're really voting on....) You trust them with your job??? I've learned the hard way to not trust them and so have the transfers (though many of them still have their head in the sand and expect representation like from the old days ). I hope the rest of you don't have to learn the hard way and realize the days of the past are OVER!! Just shut up and work and be glad you're making more than the average worker. And, no, I don't like it either, but it is what it is and shooting yourself in the foot won't change things.

YOu newbies will see....2 years from now you will not have a job. Thats what seniority people know and dont want to tell you. Newbies voted for a contract for the signing bonus. Its all about right now. Go ahead be a scab a rat. You WILL not have this job in as year or two! Watch and save dumb asses!

Yet teir 1 is the ones that outnumber teir 2 so once again teir 1 is looking out for themselves, so if we don't have a job in two years we can thank teir 1 people for that... Oh wait they will have everything, pension health care sizable bank account, yeah teir 2 really are scabs.
