Last I heard they were working on the simulation room. I'm guessing within the next few weeks we will hear something.

I wonder how that works, seems like if you had a bunch of people watching you work the stress might cause you to make a mistake. Hopefully this is the last step before a job offer. I have a conditional offer for Detroit but they have not sent me orientation info yet so im still a free agent lol. I will work for who brings me in first.

It seems to me Detroit is moving faster. The positions in Toledo don't start until January 2013 and the assessment in December of this year. Whereas Detroit already is completing orientations and starting

So the assessment & production simulation are seperate? And is one a hour and the other four hours or are they four hours altogether?

Ok. So you are saying Sergio Marchionne, who is the CEO of 3 companies, will focus energy on getting rid of seniority? Sure he will. The financial situation in Europe and Chryslers return from bankruptcy and the poor economy here and the slew of new product launches that will be happening the next few years and he will try to change seniority? You do realize how unimportant that is in the grand scheme of things? It won't even be on the table.

I had a phone interview about 10 days ago. Does anyone know how long it takes before you hear about the drug test? I am very anxious and I thought the phone interview went well, however I have not heard anything yet.
