message sent to detroit that marysville zf doesnt want any more skilled trademen from the axle plant. that would mean in my mind that we now get closed plant status because of breach of contract if zf wants the axle bussines by themself they broke the agreement with chrysler. back to shap i go......baaaaaahumbug...

From what I was told you don't get "closed status" until your local ceases to exist. If DAP's local moved to Marysville then you won't get closed status.....right? Either way welcome back Hotrod secound shift is running and starts at 4 pm. Orders are going up everyday things are looking pretty good, although they did cancel all OT in March.

if zf wont allow the tradesmen into the plant the union will surly not be able to enter also. at this time zf doesnt even acknowledge the union. it is as if they arnt even there. that is why i am making that statement but it is also my opinion what will happen soon. there was 5 acres of land put aside for the local and as of now they havent built a structure for them and probably wont. no union,,,,plant shut down. i will look you up when and if i get back to shap though. ohhh ya,, detroit axle worked today to do zf's work cuz they cant. big problems out there.

Axle didn't close, it's a transfer of operations, just like when Mound Road Engine Closed, it transfered to Mack 1 and 2, if using your theory, everyone that worked at Mound Road Engine should get their corporate time since Mound Road Engine Closed, right? Ya ain't getting your time unless everyone gets their time

Wrong it was an Outsource of operations to MAP in which ZF runs and controls. The workers up there are leased out employees. How can you be leased out to work at your Home Plant,no sense at all. That's why I didn't go up there.

Marysville axle is owned by Chrysler, point blank, now if chrysler chooses to outsource management, they have the right, remember Karivan Knight? don't most Chrysler Plants have Contract Supervisors?

all chrysler did was hire a bunch of contract supervisors aka ZF to run the plant for, Breaking News, Chrysler, now if they do give your people Corporate Time, i know alot of my former coworkers at Mack would love their time too, Remember, Mound Road Engine is torn down, no longer exists, just saying
