My father in law works in the Court house for Belvidere. He knows pretty much everyone there. At Easter dinner tonight he was telling me that BAP has started the inquires needed for a massive building project. In the range of 1-1.5 million square feet and a possible 2 lane tunnel under 20. The same type of inquires and stuff was done when TDS was built.

This could mean nothing, or it could mean everything. Nothing was filed, but the chatter has started. Not sure if this could be preliminary inquires for the FIAT deal. But with the article of them saying Belvidere was surrounded by fields and wanting to increase stamping, you have to wonder.
