Just got added to b shift at jnap. Can anyone give me tips on working afternoons there.

Just drink regular diet pop...same caffiene, cheaper and no calories. Monsters are such a waste of money. All that crap is. You must be some newbie 20 yr old who wastes his money on that crap.

Depending on your home life situation. But more than likely you will sleep alot when you get home and won't feel like doing much of anything else. It doesn't take that long to get used to afternoons. The hardest part about afternoons is the "lack of life" you feel. You wake up and wait to go to work. So, it's not terribly hard on your body, but it's more difficult on you mentally. No tips to really give though. Sleep as much as you can, I guess.

That stuff well kill you!!! Try ADVOCARE SPARK and mns-e and stay away from sugar eat a bunch of fruits and veggies!!!!

Thanks it wasnt so bad it flew by...Im headed home and not tired. Im actually going to hit the gym for a hour or so.

Lots of sleep deprivation. Not too much of a social life. Drink coffee, to stay awake. move by the plant. put dark shades on your bedroom window so you can sleep.
