The people that have started this week are people that are from skilled trades from Kenosha, St Louis, and Milwaukee parts. They are here with day one seniority and the are more coming in next week.

the rules are that when an employee is on indefinite layoff they must select labor market to which they wish to transfer if job openings become available and if told to transfer you must go the first time they tell you or you loose seniority! those are people who turned down a transfer offer to belvidere or anywhere else 3 times prior to being forced to choose between a job or no job with chrysler.

That is sad they are forced like that. how cruel. goes to show that this union is broken. anything goes I guess.

They turned down employment three times, they should not be allowed to go into skilled trades until those who are waiting to go into skilled trades and have not turned down employment three times. Don't tell me anything different, in fact if I want in skilled trades I should get the chance before them, they should be at the bottom of Tier One people. They turned down employment three times, lucky to be here in BAP! BOTTOM OF TIER ONE!!!!!!!!!!
