Can someone, with a better understanding of economics, explain the requirements more simply? Should this pass, I like the fact that its based on requirements that the SEC looks over. Not people you want to fudge numbers with.

Are you serious? Omg..... If you are talking about the so-called sign on bonus, due to the fact there's strings attached to it ON PURPOSE, you will never see it. Don't be so damn gullible....

The ratio of Modified EBITDA to Net Interest Expense as defined and reported in SEC filings is equal to or greater than 5 to 1 for 4 consecutive quarters within the term of this agreement. Umm, that's it in a nutshell. Pages 86 & 87.

EBITDA /iːˈb&#6 18;tdə/ is an acronym for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. It is a non-GAAP metric that is measured exactly as stated. All interest, tax, depreciation and amortization entries in the income statement are reversed out from the bottom-line net income. It purports to measure cash earnings without accrual accounting, canceling tax-jurisdiction effects, and canceling the effects of different capital structures.

In layman terms it Chrysler true profit before they start to hide tube money.

They are receiving retro pay back to when they were hired, However, it does'nt include OT. It's something like .28 I think its fair, cause when you were hired you received a raise every six months, it's been over a year and I never got one.
