Chrysler workers are scheduled to receive profit sharing checks in February 2012. The current projection is 12% of gross income for the 2011 calendar year. These percentages are subject to change according to 4th quarter earnings.

No profit sharing unless they make 1.25 billion, which would be 1,250.00 bonus and you must have 1850 hours worked to recieve that, anything less is prorated. Please read your contract before you make these statements.

You guys are misunderstanding the 12% figure. It is NOT 12% of your pay. They are setting aside 12% of the $600 million in 2011 profits for profit sharing- around $72 million total. Divide that by # of employees to get average amount- it's not as much as you think.

Unions cut is usually only 1.5% and uncle Sam will take 40% cause its a bonus. So you will only see about 46 cents

There will be ZERO profit sharing this year. No way we reached the 1.25 billion needed!! Bend over and take it like you did when you voted YES for this junk contract!
