I'm hearing that DAP will keep some work in house for a longer extended period of time. Since the Marysville Axle Plant can not produce a significant amount of quality axles. Detroit Axle will continue to produce the Axles MAP can't. With launch dates on certain models vastly approaching. MAP seems it just can't get its act together.

"They can't produce"? Dude, they are still running TEST PARTS, Don't HATE, you'll close real soon (Detroit Axle) you should have gone to Marysville with your full senority, now Detroit Axle will close shortly and you will go to another plant with day one senority, And that's the Truth

You think I want to work for another German company as a leased out employee please.ZF will own the whole building soon. So that Day 1 scare tactic won't last long. So if Im gonna start over why not now, instead of waiting to see if I can ever get back with Chrysler which was not in writing or promised to whomever signed up to go. Like General Dynamics remember?

Ladies, why the tension. We are on the same team. Stop. Listen. Learn. Maybe , if we do that, then we can unify and demand some of what we lost back. However, a person decides to go within the company, we need to respect it.

There was a transfer of operations from DAP to MAP. ZF owns 2/3 of the building and plans on buying and owning the rest of the facility. At that time we will achieve close plant status,so I rather start day 1 at another Chrysler plant and wait.

It might throw off the daily blood alcohol tests that are going to be needed when Detroit axle pulls the plug and ships everyone out to Marysville.
