Using your methodology it wouldn't take 5 months...more like 5 1/2 weeks..and if they have groups coming in Jan and Jul they still have plenty of time!
Not if they are only holding 6 classes a month like they have so far this month. 6 classes of 192 people total for a month will take under 5 1/2 months to fill 1100 jobs.

Oh ok! I see what your saying! What i do know is that these classes are being held weekly. I was basing it off of that.

They need people to start early next year to cover all the people from Wrangler going over to the "new" Jeep side. When second shift starts up in Aug. they will need the rest. Almost 130 leaving Wrangler for "new" paint, stock, body and production. That is almost half the people working at Wrangler right now! The company is expecting almost 22% dropout rate for new hire within the first couple of months. They will probably need to test more like 1500 people to back fill those who walkout. Saw test site and it is not bad. YOu will learn how to use your work station computer, how to make all the electrical connections..they are all different, how to use the tooling, and some basics of WCM (World Class Manufactuing). It is the repetive nature of the jobs they want to test on.

Assessments scheduled for new round. Got email saying they opened it at midnight for Nov. 28th. Sounds like Juan and the night owls benefit!! LOL.. Keep watching. Hearing it will take SEVERAL weeks (which turns to months) to go through the process of assessments. Right now I guess they've chosen to do it one day at a time....

Thanks "Toledo Jeep" for insight.

Going out of town for a few days so I just want to wish everyone best wishes, and good luck!!

Robert, I'm getting the same responses as you. This part of the process is very frustrating. I hope everyone that got the assessment email will get a chance to take it. Just have to figure out when they open new days and be lucky enough to sign up.
