Start putting a fifty a week away. Chrysler is in for a long strike in 2015.

Don't be that guy/girl ready to take any deal because you were to stupid to prepare properly!

Even if we dont strike whats the downside? You have some money put back?

Be smart. Be prepared!

So you think that it is impossible for the union to go out on a full strike?

Even if it was just a few plants how long would it take to shut other plants down?

Dont be stupid save some money!

If other plants shut down because of one strike plant the other plants still get paid moron. Only the one stricken plant would be on strike pay.

To many T2 people that don't believe in their union would prevent a big enough strike to be effective.

What if your plant is the one on strike?

I'll bet that you will be one of the first whining for a settlement because you did not prepare. Enjoy hanging out in your cardboard box while those of us who did prepare enjoy a nice long vacation!

Why anyone would troll a post encouraging people to prepare financially in case of an interruption in their pay is beyond me.

You must be a real company man loser.

I work at BAP....it would never strike....a parts plant that shuts down many or the rest would be the plant the uaw would choose to have the strike at. So unless u work at a part plant u have nothing to worry about retard. Your probably one of the newbies that think they know something yet in reality u know nothing. Either that or someone from detroit lol

<quoted text>BAP better not ever strike, for sure that would put the last nail in the coffin for CHRYSLER to close, don't test Segio, you are 370 miles away from Detroit and the last plant out of the Detroit area.
Still plants in Mexico and Canada

<quoted text>you'll always have the plants in Mexico, but Canada that's the big ????? in the future. Let's face the facts, BAP is 370 miles away from suppliers like engines and other big parts, it takes alot of trucks to transport them, your days at BAP are numbered.
So what you are saying is Mexico is closer to Detroit than bap is?

Bap has an engine plant across the street practically everything Jeep is done in Rockford belvidere and within 50 miles.the dart is currently in process of finding closer suppliers but being a launch car it will take time to find them.

Hey RETIRED, since you know all about chrysler,
where do the Hemi engines that go in the Charger
up in Brampton Assembly come from ???(It is a
lot more than 370 miles away) This answer will
shoot down your theory of BAP being too far (370 miles) from Detroit !!!!
