No big deal. New hires quit all the time. Since 2010 when the first of the new hires got there, over 700 have left.

What happened to " you people are overpaid to just tighten down a bolt or two". People don't realize how hard we work. And to all the new hires....just wait till July - August .

Same thing happened in bap for 2 months. I believe someone worked 7 min and walked out.

A friend of mind said that,well we got him in he work a few year die on Christmas shutdown of a heartattack.But one day he said I can,t believe how hard we work buliding Jeep.

Then it won't be that bad. You know you're on your feet all day. Your hands will get sore and your body will be sore until you get used to it. But you won't have that mental hurdle to overcome like the new hires. Is it hard....yes. The medical departments at assembly plants are busy everyday. But it's not backbreaking or physically exhausting work. It's just repetitive and boring.
