Do we get any vacation or pa days after 90 days, or do we have to work a year first?

It's after a year of your seniority date.

Vacation period is May 1 to May 1. You have to have 1 year credited service by May 1 to get 1 week Vaca.

May 1st to may1st: if you work for @ least 26 pay periods then you earn 40hrs of vacation. The less pay periods worked the less hrs vacation earned. If you work 20 pay periods you only get 76% of of eligible vacation 13 pay periods 50%. If you have less than 1 year by may 1st you still get vacation but only 24hrs paid absence. This info is from the most recent contract.

Tier 2 doens't deserve Vacations, you guys don't deserve $22/hour, you don't deserve to live, i say top tier Votes down tier 2 pay to $4/hour in 2015, Top tier is the Majority, we still have and control the power, death to the 2nd tier, let's hire a brand new bunch of workers, this time, some that want to work and appreciate a good job and that are not jealous of people that worked 30 years unlike these maggots that work 90 days and want what took us 30 years to get, death to all of them, this game is fun, let's keep it going
