I agree.

hourly's at syncreon need better communication between part routers at unit 1 and us at unit 5 syncreon. If the companies would let us talk to each other it would be a lot easier. We can manualy calculate adjustments quite fast. And a tweak to the db and a simple algorithm would self correct warehouse bookout vs line exhaustion.

The Language in most of the old contract needs to be changed and the attendence policy needs to be added in stone this time, also we want a 3 year max contract not a 5 year contract. Sickpay, COL Adjustments Paid out every end of year. True shift differentials, Equipment Upgrade where need fit, Let us do the job PIC Does they are Non-Union labor in our shop and or just boot them out and the temps that the company pays the staffing service $9.00 a hour for and then fire them after 90 days for lack of good cause. Syncreon can stay competitive with there quality union labor workers, freeze and fire the staffing service and hire directly again.

Just trying to be fair its not like we get paid the big bucks at syncreon.

in the last 2 years they removed 7 jobs from the small lot department 2 foot loaders 2 route auditors
1 forklift driver and 2 small lot routers. and let me tell you missing 7 people from this department hurts, talk about over worked. That's at least $210,000 dollars, almost a quarter of million dollars in saving for the year saying that employee showed up on time everyday for work. Just for one department, that doesn't include the cuts from the other departments. Now that's sacrifice! If i had the time i would run the numbers for the whole damn place and see what these greasy turds are taking home.

13.50 an hour for process techs forklift operates 13.85 and leads 14.85 less than u guys at Chrysler and we been here 5 years

That break down is unfair too some departments at syncreon do 4-5x more work than a standard process tech in the same amount of time for the same pay. (I know this sounds like whining and it i suppose it really is but, i think maybe the company should pull there shoulders out there butt and fix this problem.

Penske can stay away they look much more greedy than Syncreon, However I wouldn't mind having Chrysler take us back under their wing.

I hear are union goes into contract negotiations starting tommorow can we say slapped in the face!! Have not even had are strike vote yet.. kendal kelly and Dennis capitosti are leading the contract talks.. come on guys get it out of ur minds no new pay raise. Just more bull from management.. Remember "It is what it is and there is only so much of the pie." So management is 95% of the pie and we are 5% of the crumbs.. This place syncreon has more workman comp claims than Obama has secret service. That's a lot!!!!! Say hello to RYDER the new company too take over..

Friday March 11 We Have Strike Vote, If Negotiotions don't go over well, we can use this as a trumpcard However I was told we need %100 of the vote to do so, how accurate is that information? Also if people are worried about wages due to strike, Let it be known the UAW has over 900 million dollars in there strike fund to assist you.

Finally a strike vote. The problem here is we have no idea what they are asking for or wht they agreed on so far in talks yesterday other than I here 5 things out 27 . So wht are these five? Probably things tht are nothing tht affects the financial part of the business. So we as union at syncreon would like to know what we are negotiating on kendall.

At our last contract ratification we were told we would get retroactive back pay. We only got part of it & the UAW did nothing.
