Ok, I have a phone screening with Chrysler for a production operator, has anyone had a over the phone screening? If so what are the types of questions they ask? I do not want to be caught of guard...

Most of the ?s are simple but I felt like my last question was a trick question... It was What's the worst thing about working on a team... I gave a quick sufficient answer... I'm hired now

I think the questions where basically just to evaluate how well you respond, I do not believe they actually type everything you say. Just how well you speak. Also at the end of the phone interview she stated that the pay was 15.78 an hr and to look out for an email for the next steps in the hiring process. I pray I get a email soon.

Good luck. They use the star interview system for questions, look it up to help you prepare or be less nervous. It helped me.

Its been a while and been working at BAP since august but one of the questions I remember being asked was, when was the last time you had to leave the job to take care of something important.
I was pretty slick with my answer!
Ya see, I was currently cutting a Bay window into the side of a customers house and had to walk around the other side of house because of the saws and hammering so i could hear the guy.
When asked that question, I told him Im doing it right now! and explained to him what I was currently working and had to walk away from the job to hear him. He chuckled and said Now thats a good one! lol
Basically the questions were like the others have said and they just wanna hear how you talk or sound. I recieved an e-mail to take the drug screen and physical about 3 days later. Hope this helps?

Ok. So you are saying Sergio Marchionne, who is the CEO of 3 companies, will focus energy on getting rid of seniority? Sure he will. The financial situation in Europe and Chryslers return from bankruptcy and the poor economy here and the slew of new product launches that will be happening the next few years and he will try to change seniority? You do realize how unimportant that is in the grand scheme of things? It won't even be on the table.
