Ok. So you are saying Sergio Marchionne, who is the CEO of 3 companies, will focus energy on getting rid of seniority? Sure he will. The financial situation in Europe and Chryslers return from bankruptcy and the poor economy here and the slew of new product launches that will be happening the next few years and he will try to change seniority? You do realize how unimportant that is in the grand scheme of things? It won't even be on the table.

No, I quite positive he said: "VOTE = MITT = he saved chrysler". Correct me if I'm wrong.

I was off last week. Does anyone know if Skilled Trades are working Tuesday Election Day or is the Plant Closed?

1st shift is better, faster, generally just smarter than us losers here at night. This includes union/non-union. With that being said, I think 1st shift should be the shift to work next Friday & Sat for the betterment of Chrysler and especially SHAP. Let's all hope they get enough 1st shift volunteers so I can be with my family for a change. Loser or not, I'll be the happy one.

Well I spoke too soon. It's official. Friday Nov 16th = 1st Shift only. It's best that way. No Saturday Nov 17th either shift. Even better.

The way the Saturday was planed was a friggin joke. 11 am start. Why? To cater to the first shift back fill? Local 1700 is a big disappointment. They do not represent "ALL" there workforce!

That's because if they start days at 5 am to many people would get fired due to the attendance policy .

We won't start the 3-2-120 schedule until 2015. If our plant even gets a third shift
