that is 100% right. Aldo is gone. As of last week; officially "announced" wednesday.
roger h. will take most of the work load aldo had. But they aren't really naming a replacement.
there are no other top level changes at this time... Thus far.
interesting meeting this afternoon. I like pietro and dave's style. Much more approachable and down to earth.
good plans in place, nothing to unrealistic. Looking forward to the new approaches with dealer service. I have confidence in the plan and people in place for mopar

The Orlando pdc just got a new MOPAR sign delivered to be installed on the front of the building. It is huge, the letters are approx. 5 feet by 5 feet in size. Seems to me if there were any plans on closing that pdc, they would not go to the expense of getting the new sign. When we hear the rumors of Atlanta and Orlando merging, we can maybe start thinking that Atlanta's business will be moved to Orlando. Mercedes' contract expires in August and they must have all of their parts out of the pdc by then. At that time there will plenty of room for Atlanta's parts to be moved in.

Look at a map and the definition of logistics. A sign means nothing.

I heard that the company is going to outsource all claims (MRA's) to Mexico. Look for more jobs going south.

Not true lots of training going on with management and hourly quality control at all depots adding mra inspection of parts returned and processing claims . All parts have to come back via DDS to facing depot it would be to costly to ship to Mexico and then back. It might be Warranty claim processing but not Mopar issues.

The volumes are falling through the floor. This is not good. The product is aged and the parts are available through the aftermarket. I smell collapse.
