I have heard one of my teammates saying that he has a loaded gun in his car and he is not licensed to carry one. Is this something Chrysler needs to know? Bring all your dumbass comments! maybe someone will give me the right answer. This guy seems to have a short temper anyway. I don't really think he is should be having a gun anyway, but thats just me.

There was a guy on my team years ago, who brought a switchblade and brass knuckles to work. He was constantly making comments under his breath about the boss and others he disliked, such as, I know where you park, I'm gonna stick you, You are going to regret... In addition, he had a variety of other issues that were disturbing. I was scared and told the steward. I warned him if the situation was not addressed immediately, I would turn the offender in to management. The guy was dealt with internally and corrected his behavior. He doesn't speak to me now, but to be honest, I don't care, because I may have saved his job, and maybe even his life. I agree with BadMF, tell your steward now, and be assertive about what you will do if he/she doesn't handle it properly. You have to be prepared to actually follow through once you decide to out the guy. Good luck and be safe.

If you say something, and you should, be prepared for management and union to do nothing and have him also know that it was you that said something. I would bypass everyone and report it to the boone county sheriffs office.

Now for a reality check..... in the real world, there are these magical things called x-rays, CAT scans, and MRIs, so if you "flop down and play dead", the company will send you for one or all of these magical things, which will prove you're faking and you won't see a nickel from the company. Save yourself the embarrassment
