I have a 2001 chrystler Town country when I put on the blinkers it kills the dash board for about 4 to 5 seconds. Causing the odometer to get stuck backwards. Started when I wash my car Quit and then start when my battery went dead.

Same problem here for the most part, have seen another posting elsewhere presenting possible solution as number 2 fuse under dash failing or some other failing connection causing problem.
