Ok, so I wanted to reset the trip odometer on my 2003 Town and Country. I pressed and held the stick button thingy where all the gauges are, then all of a sudden the little screen read "e code 100.1" "e code 100.5" "e code 100.6" "end" then all the warning lights came on, and the gauges went bazerk, from zero to one twenty, from 0rmp to 7, the gas from empty to full, etc etc, then the dash/warning lights kept switching from on to off and then everything was normal. WHAT WAS THAT? And did I do any damage?

Sounds like you activated the Code test display.
These are codes which tell a mechanic what has computer detected errors.
The lights flashing and gauges bouncing were the system testing them.
