GM Adding 60,000 Vehicles To Production

What ever happen to the Volt?
Hasnt that been in the making for like 5-6 years?
I heard today on the news , That Ford is climbing up the sales charts real fast.(Good News :)for American auto makers)

Sorry but GM is.. dropping at a pretty fast rate.
Chrysler has one foot in the grave.(Nothing New)
Even the imports are feeling it.
Toyota is signing on with a rental car co but that wont help too much.
But hey at least its a American company doing well,Right?

Gm just needs to get their act together and take one thing at a time and make people happy again with a quality made car.
...And GM "could be" a winner again in the publics eyes and only they can do it :)

Several events? How about having to have their @sses bailed out by the American tax payer. That's huge! If it wasn't for us we'd be reading their headstone. "GM. Was a good car company, but didn't care about quality and lacked long term strategy. RIP."

I played those cards in this thread and it doesnt go over to well.
But I do agree with some of your points.Its wrong for GM to take tax payer money to bail them out.

I will own another GM if it is given to me for free by GM even though they should be giving free cars away to tax payer.
In a way we did pay for them :)

Wrong – if they weren’t given funds the company would have been permitted to enter BR just as any other company and we wouldn’t have wasted those billions, but who’s counting. It’s not just the auto company, its housing, insurance, band about a thousand banks. Regardless, why do you encompass such aggression and bitterness? Channel your aggression into the voting booth. The folks in NJ did just that last night.
