It would be nice if someone checkd the accuracy of their sources. The "$89,000 car" has been widely disputed and few reliable news sources use it. The issue of reporting leases has also been discussed. When someone leases a Volt GM no longer owns the vehicle - the leasing company does. It therefore qualifies as a sale. Every car manufacturer counts leases because they don't own the car.
