Has anyone had a problem with a PO300 code which shows as a intermittant cyl #6 missfire? We have replaced plugs, wires, fuel injector, crank sensors, mass airflow, and checked for vac leaks. We think the injecter is not getting a signal to fire from the pcm.

Did you test the EGR Valve?
