2004 suburban goes into 'traction control' on a regular basis from a simple stop light. dry pavement, no jack-rabbit start. manuel says it's normal, but didn't always occur with such frequency. tips/ideas?

We're having the same problem with 2004 Yukon. The dealer is trying to tell us it's the new tires that have been on for about 8 months(They didn't put them on). Apparently, they can't figure it out either. Ours has very reduced power and is dangerous to drive when it happens.
