I riecently had a transfer case go bad.(2001 4x4 pushbutton shift 1500 Z71) I had the case assembly replaced with a used one. The truck ran fine for 2 weeks then the transfer case went out again along with the transmission. Question. Did the 1st transfer case take out the transmission? Or did the second trandsfer case take out the transmission? Or did the the transmission take out the transfer cases?
