squeaking coming from rearend maybe?

there is a squeaking noise coming from my truck when i take off, and continues through 3rd gear, it goes away if i let off the gas or push in the clutch

We have a 06 1500 Silverado and had an annoying sound come from the back of the truck that was in synch with wheel rotation during reverse, forward or turning.

The consensus among forum members at the time and two mechanics was that the u-joints were dry or bad. Repaired all that and now no problem. Its not an expensive repair. some thought it was bushings but we went with the u joint fix.
