The newer Chevy Blazer front door panels are pretty easy.

There are really good instructions at http://www.bodyshopzone.com/archives/trim/doo...

To sum up or if that is gone,

1. remove window handle or window/lock electronics (lock electronics just pull up at the front edge and it will pop off). Remove connectors on the bottom.

2. Remove the oval-shaped panel around the door handle (there is one phillips screw behind the handle; remove it and pull this little panel off carefully-- it has a little tab at the rear side).

3. Look under the arm rest. You'll see two 7mm lag-style bolts. Remove these.

4. Pull the panel off. Pull straight out, starting at a corner. As you move around, you will find each of the plastic pop things. Pull as close to these as you can. If you happen to have a 'door panel removal tool' use it. Otherwise, just be careful-- don't pull too hard and don't be afraid to tug a bit. Just remember that you have to make those plastic pins pop out and they need to pull nearly straight away from the door.

There are three little foam things covering the mirror screws... it seems like they are torx (or reverse torx) or something; I forget.

What do i do if the plastic screw at the door handle panel is stripped? How do i get it out? And do i have to take the arm rest padding off because i cant seem to remove the arm rest without taking the padding out.

I have an 89 blazer and the door handle cover does not come off. Any other ideas on taking off the door handle for older model blazers?

. Hello, I just bought a used 95 S-10 Blazer, 4.3 Automatic. I drove it home with no issues, upon putting it in 4Wd, it blew fuse 9,( ECM, Batt.), when I accelerated hard. I have done some testing on it, I can get it to consistently blow with 4WD drive selected, foot on brake and in drive, the circuit will fail at 1800 rpm. It will NOT fail in reverse, or at least not yet. Just simply revving the engine has no affect. It will continue to fail in 2WD until the truck has been driven a couple hundred feet. I put my ammeter in series with f9 circuit, it holds a steady 6.7 amps until it hits 1800 rpm then goes off the scale and the engine stumbles due to power failure. I would love to get a good schematic, Chiltons and Haynes are a joke. Anybody heard of this one? Thanks, Gary

i have a 4-door chevy blazer 2000
i am installing after market speakers,
the front was easy following the above advice.
then i got too the back doors and am lost,there must be some screws because its on there good,and its not the little plastice pins...

SO HELP PLZ WITH REMOVING REAR INSIDE DOOR PANEL,,,THANK-YOU :)
