My cpo I just bought I believe has an issue. When it's damp and rainy the defrost does not seem to clear the windows and windshield. It's so bad with the consendation at night there's no visablity. Anyone else having th is problem? Also the interior roof liner is peeling from the window so there is a gap. I can't believe a cpo Chevy dealer would sell me a car in that condition. Any thoughts on these two issues?

I feel the same, just purchased what I thought was a solid used 2006 Equinox LT2. On the way home the heater went out, interior lights shorted out and then sunroof was stuck in an open position. It opened during the light shorting.

Called them next day, asked why my CERTIFIED CHEVY was doing so. Also a 150 point inspection was guarnteed, so how did they miss this ussue??? Well THANK YOU ON STAR for the free 3 month subscription because my vehicle was listed with them to have a recall warranty on heater issue until 2016 or 120,000 miles. Onstar reports the issue in the heater Is an actuator door. The part $100.00, but now get this...because of where it is located all the interior front dash needs to be removed. Labor $1900.00 yes that's correct no TYPO THERE. SO THANKS AGAIN ON STAR.....Mine was replaced before removing metal door and putting in new plastic one. Well guess what, after certain use and temps. The NEW door gets weak in the end tip and cracks, hence creating same issue as previous repair. Electrical issue is due to the dash and wiring not being re-installed correctly. SO...now I have my perfect 1 owner clean carfax car with excellent maintenence history. EXCEPT WHEN GM DID REALLY WARRANTY WORKS THEY WE'RE SURE NOT TO INCLUDE THAT PARK IN THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY UPDATED MAINTENENCE HISTORY....HMMMMM.

NOW I get to spend few weeks not driving the car I just bought. Thank God I took the free ON STAR OFFER, and will be a customer of there's for life.

Long story short go to the year and model boards fir GM PISTS, there is a lot of previous and current customer info there. BTW, again thanks on star for directing me to the site. This is crap, and now I AM LIKE MOST CUSTOMERS, STUCK IN A PAYMENT WITH CRAP.
