I just bought Chevrolet Equinox 2011 1LT with Navigation (as they said they can add it). They billed me for $32,656 in total. The sticker value was showing $25,650. At first they said they will add leather sits but later they said no they won't.

Now, I am thinking I have been screwed up from the sales person from Courtesy Chevrolet Dealer at San Jose. Please let me know if it is normal price for 1LT trim level. I am pretty much regretting now. Please advice what I can do or should I ask dealership for reducing the price now? It's already been around 3 days that I bought.

I got mine for $24,000 without navigation. But with the same 1LT package.

Did you get brand new and paid all the tax and charges?

So, you paid $7,006 more than the window sticker? Was that for the NAV and the leather added?

Yes, around that much more, the window sticker price was around $25,650 with Driver's convenience package. I added just Navigation they charged me $1899 for that. No leather seats though! I was confirmed for leather while making deal but later on they said no! I got confused!!!:(
5 years electronics warranty for $2,200 and Tire warranty for 60K miles for $570.$1500 for DMV registrations and processing charges and all. Around $2200 was for sales tax. And rest are bla bla bla charges! They shows in distance charge etc. Lesson learned do not buy the brand new car RIGHT AWAY! TAKE YOUR TIME AND NEGOTIATE UP-FRONT AND MAKE IT WRITTEN!
And the total price became $32,656.
However I am liking the Equinox ride even though I always feels like I would have bought some other Luxury brand with the price I paid. My minds get to that point most often while I see luxury brand on the road!:) sigh... but Chevy is okay too..:)

David, that's it? you paid $24K out of the door? including tax and any DMV registration fees and other charges like they say destination charge and processing charges... If you only paid $24,000 out of the door then I AM RIP-OFF BY THE DEALERS HERE IN CALIFORNIA!!!:(
