Two years and counting. How will GM keep up the enthusiasm? Short supply and dealer markups will hurt longterm success. If the Camaro was built in the U.S., enthusiast's would converge on the factory for information, sightings, etc. Keeping interest alive and well. Heritage cars should be built in the United States. Owners and fans deserve it. The Corvette is built in Bowling Green,KY and just look at the following it has.

GM needs more modern day classics in it's lineup. Over half the buyers in today's market are over fifty and have disposable income. There are three times more vehicles on the road today, compared to 1962 when the first boomers turned sixteen. They grew up with the 64 GTO, 65 Mustang, 67 Camaro and Firebird, Chevelle etc. Expensive Corvette's aren't where GM will win back boomers. Affordable Heritage cars are the way back to boomers hearts and driveways. GM needs to use this opportunity, history repeats itself.
