Since both get the high fuel mileage numbers by adding gears,(I.E. 6-sp trans), I will take my '70 Ralley 350 Olds over both of these! My Olds with the standard 3-sp auto still get 22mpg on the highway and tips the HP rating a little better than 310HP.(Yea, I have done some upgrades & tweeks.) If I put a 6-sp auto into my 40yr old car, I bet I could drive down the highway at 65/70 and get 30+mpg.

well, these muscle car wars aren't like they used to be. got to be powerful, reliable and somewhat easy on the emissions.
