I just purchased a used 98 2dr 4x4 Blazer. The A/C, heat, vent, whatever, only blows when I turn it to the 4th (highest) fan setting. Is this a common problem? if so, could someone please tell me how to fix it.

it needs a new resistor

replaced the resistor on my 98 and that fixed the problem for about a month..Fan won't work again
